This project started as a plan that I often hear about.
VulcaCAFE focused on making its snacks universal.
So I made pudding, everyone's favorite.
Add a little local essence to it, and that's the secret ingredient.
When it comes to snacks, I want everyone, from children to adults, to enjoy them with a smile, and I want to be a part of that happiness.
So it's just delicious and everyone loves it.
Our goal is to create products that will still be loved 10 years from now.
The origin of the name is
"Premonition of Love" is a sweet sake made only from rice and rice malt.
The sequel to this story was "The Beginning of Love."
I wanted to create a flavor that would evoke the keyword "love."
We pursue rich sweetness and a melting texture.
When heating the dough slowly in a water bath, keep stirring without stopping.
By slowly and gently heating
This creates a smooth texture and a sense of unity.
Everyday but a little bit luxurious.
I hope it becomes a pudding that everyone loves.
