Amazake Pudding Koi was born as a new specialty confectionery in Fuchu City.
The milk pudding base is mixed with amazake (sweet sake) made only from rice and rice malt, then slowly heated in a hot water bath, creating a deep flavor.
Please enjoy the deep, rich flavor and melt-in-your-mouth texture.
This product is stored frozen, so please thaw it in the refrigerator before eating.
The thawing time is approximately 5 hours.
Even when partially thawed, you can enjoy the rich texture and flavor of ice cream.
